L8 Night89 is a passion project that resulted from me having to sell nearly everything I own — music equipment included — except for one guitar. I packed up and moved all the way to the other side of the world: Singapore.

Since Singapore has a thriving AI scene, I decided to take what I knew (very little) about making music and writing songs, and turn it into something real — L8 Night89. I create music and write songs with the help of AI tools like Suno, blending in whatever instruments or gear I still have lying around to shape the sound and guide the melodies where I want them to go.
